What is the ordering process?
Please place your online order by selecting product and design you would like and add it to your cart. Font type, names and colour selections shall be added to the comments section upon checkout. Your order will then be custom made by our team. Or if you're not sure send us an email or message through Facebook with your ideas.
We will send you update emails along the way to let you know your progress however if you do have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure you do quote you order number.
How Long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
We endeavour to complete final manufacture within 15 working days, however sometimes there are delays that are beyond our control. We will email you to keep you posted along the way, which will let you know where your order is up to and an estimated dispatch date. Once dispatched, Australia Post sending time frames apply and can be found on the Australia Post website.
It's now really close to the major holiday I have purchased for, when will my order arrive or I am able to collect it?
We are thrilled that our products have been so popular over the holiday periods! We have been so popular that we have had to prioritise orders so they are ready for that holiday. So as a general rule all postal orders will be completed first and will be in the post by 2 weeks before the major holiday to ensure they arrive on time. We then work through all of our pick up orders ensuring they are done 2 days before the major holiday.
Please note that if you have placed a postal order on or after the 2 week deadline we will do our best to accommodate this, but our commitment to our pick up customers will take priority at this point.
Can I please schedule a time to collect my order?
We offer a free local pick up option from Happy Valley, SA. Once your order has been completed you will receive pick up information in the completing email. Your order will be housed in a watertight storage box on our porch, you may collect it at anytime that suits you.
What are your working hours?
We are just a small operation and family commitments have a big impact on our operating hours, but our designated studio times are school hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.

I cant find a design I like?
We love creating and designing something knew! Get in touch via email or Facebook Messenger and we can make your dream come to life!
Can I cancel my order, return or exchange my item?
Items can be returned in as new condition within 2 weeks of receipt. Items which have been personalised (I.e. name) cannot be returned. Postage costs will not be refunded. If buyer initiates the refund or cancellation there will be a 25% restocking fee removed from the refund. Clearance items are nonrefundable and orders cannot be cancelled. Please advise us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your item, we will do everything we can to assist you.
